"There are times in our lives that we hit a low point when it comes to self esteem. It can be due to changes in habits, weight gain or loss, etc., etc.. I started to exercise regularly, but

I currently am stuck in a mental funk about my body image and physical changes are not happening quick enough.

I think that if I could see myself as beautiful again the way that I am, it would give me the motivation to work at being a healthier me.

I want to look at a picture and say "Wow she's beautiful," and then realize that it's me I'm looking at.

I want to see myself the way my wife sees me."
